One to one coaching is the most powerful means of improving individual performance, particularly for those facing major transition such as being newly appointed to their role. To achieve best value the operating context, i.e. the team/ business/values, needs to be convergent with the individuals' needs and ambitions to be successful. In the preparation for all coaching assignment, Thrupeople ensures this alignment.
Each of our coaching programmes last between three and six months with typically eight face-to-face meetings. The outputs and confidentiality are agreed at the outset with the individual and the client. Progress is monitored throughout the assignment reflecting the agreed terms of engagement. The objective is to focus the efforts of the individual to achieve maximum impact so that sustainable and progressive improvement can be achieved during and post the coaching assignment as shown in the diagram below.
